Our Story
Ultimate Athletic Complex has been re-named The Yards Athletics. Same great facility with more training, more competition and more events.
The Yards is a sports oasis with a personalized, athlete-first mission. We are committed to providing an environment that is meticulously maintained and that allows athletes of all ages and ability levels to reach their peak performance. At The Yards, we believe that the way you train is not only the way you compete, but also the way you live. We encourage athletes to find their personal passion and develop positive performance behaviors that last a lifetime.
Our six grass fields offer individual athletes, clubs, teams and tournament/ league operators a place to train and compete. Whether you need 1 field for 1 event or multiple fields for the whole year, we would love to become your home. Fields can be lined for soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, flag football, rugby, and ultimate frisbee. We hope The Yards feels as comfortable and customized as your own back yard.
Our elite coaches also host open hours for training and pick-up games, individual skill-camps/clinics and unique tournament formats. We are innovators in sport and encourage you to visit our programming page for more information.

The Yards Athletics, LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company which owns and operates a 48-acre sports complex in Mohnton, PA. Columbia Sports Group, LLC (CSG) serves as the principal developer and strategic partner behind The Yards.
CSG, led by Principals Greg Torborg and Andrew Samaan, focuses on Franchise Sales and Acquisitions, Sports Investments, Sponsorship & Licensing, Arbitration & Mediation, Facility Advisory Services, and Commercial Consulting. They have collectively worked on over 1,000 transactions and provide ongoing strategic guidance and support to The Yards’ business development.
To oversee day-to-day management and operations of The Yards, CSG has engaged 9Works Sports Group, LLC. Founder and CEO, Mollie Marcoux Samaan brings extensive sports operations experience, including holding executive level roles at Chelsea Piers NY and Chelsea Piers CT, serving as the Princeton University Director of Athletics, and most recently leading the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) as its 9th Commissioner.
